Product Mission

“If you love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life” and at Convert we love what we do. As a team, we create and distribute a product that enhances our customers ability to build even-more-awesome online experiences for their customers, in turn bringing positive experiences into their lives and businesses.

Our software products are primarily hosted on servers using green energy and we are constantly researching and choosing suppliers and resources that are socially and environmentally sustainable. We commit to implement systems that work towards a carbon positive footprint at Convert through all team activities (daily operations, travel, and business-related activities) and to use our products and business to inspire and contribute to efforts in minimizing the environmental crisis facing us all.

The Convert Employee Program is based on personal growth and benefits for contributions. Our full-time team members receive the following benefits: co-working budget, annual tax assistance, stock options, work equipment (such as a laptop, monitors, and an ergonomic work environment), 15-day vacation policy with unlimited unpaid days starting from the 16th day, Spotify membership and Amazon credit to purchase Kindle and Audible books.

We consider all team members equal, irrespective of their geographical location. Everyone is rewarded based on their skills and performance. For those who might have increased expenses related to their specific location we offer a small salary increase to compensate for these costs.
