We empower our team members with the choice of servicing customers who may violate their personal beliefs in the following fields that do not align with our values:

If no team member is prepared to provide support for customers whose businesses do not align with our values, these customers can receive a refund on products purchased.

Diversity and Tolerance

We value diversity, and respect for all—regardless of race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age. Therefore, we don’t provide our software to sites promoting…

• Hatred; violence; harassment; racism; sexual, religious, or political intolerance, or organizations with such views
• Content that’s likely to shock or disgust
• Content that’s exploitative or appears to unfairly capitalize at the expense of others

Below are some examples of what we won’t ask our team members to work on. In these cases, we have the freedom to deny access to our software.

• Content that incites or endorses hatred against others
  Examples: Promoting hate groups, selling hate group paraphernalia
• Content that inappropriately discriminates against a person or group
  Examples: Advocating against a person or group on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, race or ethnicity, disability, religion, or age
• Content that advocates for the infliction of physical injury on oneself or another person
  Examples: Sites advocating suicide, anorexia, or other self-harm; calling for the attack of another person.

Weapons

Selling dangerous items designed to injure others in combat, self-defense or sport do not align with our values.

Some examples include:

• Explosives
  Products that are designed to explode and could cause damage to people or property. Examples: Nail bomb, chemical bomb, fireworks that explode, firecrackers, grenades.
• Instructional materials on how to make explosives
  Bomb-making website.
• Guns & Parts
  Functional devices that appear to discharge a projectile at high velocity, whether for sport, self-defense, or combat, this includes parts or components that are necessary for a gun to work. Examples: Handguns, rifles, shotguns, hunting guns, functioning antique guns, airsoft guns, paintball guns, bb guns, ammunition, ammunition clips, silencers or ammunition belts.

Animal Safety and Welfare

Businesses that profit from animals being in captivity against their will, either for entertainment purposes or profit do not align with our values. Some examples of businesses that we may refuse to work with include:

• Captivity and entertainment
  Circuses, zoos, dolphinariums, aquariums, animal theme parks, dog fighting, hunting for sport, fishing for sport, horse racing, bullfighting.
• Exotic animals for sale
  Endangered or wild species for sale websites.
